Hypercerts create shared context—evidence, expert input, and community trust—for better resource allocation. The protocol follows a three-step process: Record, Evaluate, Fund.

- Record: Projects create structured records of their work—what was done or is planned.
- Evaluate: Domain experts, communities, and tools assess contributions over time.
- Fund: Funders use shared records and evaluations to make better decisions.

Hypercerts are built on the AT Protocol. Records are portable, referenceable, and not locked into any single platform.
